Setelah membuat survey dan kajian...heh...sy menemui cara utk mnukar IP address....tapi kdg2 berjaya dan kdg2 x berjaya....biasanya berjaya slagi IP address kita bkan jnis yg fixed...k,follow these step:
1. Click Start
2. Click run
3. type cmd and click OK
4. In the command prompt type the following.
( ENTER after each line)
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit
5. Delete your cookies (whatever browser)

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
